Each item is made by hand, to order! Please contact us if you have any questions at all.  Your order will be shipped to the address attached to your Pay Pal account, or to the one you provided at checkout. Please ensure that it is correct as we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are shipped to an address that was provided at checkout but was incorrect. If it has been more than 24 hours since the order has been placed, NO changes can be made to the shipping address or the order- if it has already begun to be processed, no changes can be made even if it has no been more than 24 hours.

It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure what they had purchased is what they would like.  It is the customer's responsibility to read the shipping and policies information before purchasing. Turnaround times and policies are as follows below:

 

"SHIPPING TURNAROUND TIME: Turnaround time from placement of order to ship date is approx 10 business days for jewelry & accessories, & home decor,  or 2-3 weeks for custom home decor, as each item is handmade piece by piece, to order. In many cases it may be shorter, but the general time frame is at least 10 business days, give or take a few days. Please know that we are working hard to fulfill your order!   After it is shipped, it will depend on how long the post office takes to deliver your package. We ship from the United States. If you have any questions at all regarding this, please contact us.  Turnaround time may be longer if you have ordered during peak seasons such as Christmas, Mother's Day or Valentine's Day, or if order volume is high.  If you have any questions, PLEASE contact me directly, not through the notes. Due to high order volume, we cannot communicate through the notes on the order. Please contact me directly by email or through social media.  ***PLEASE NOTE! These ship times change and are variant during holiday season!

 

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATION: If changes need to be made to you order, they need to be done so within 24 hours of placing the order. if you are requesting a change, and I have already begin your order, NO CHANGES can be made, even if it has been less than 24 hours.  Please note that the listing you purchased is what you will receive. If there are notes left to request something else, it may not be guaranteed to be fulfilled unless we have been in communication about it.   What you have purchased- will be what you receive. Please email me ASAP if you need orders combined as shipping costs may go up or down depending on how many items you have ordered, and we cannot keep track of which orders need to be shipped together even if it is written in the notes. PLEASE contact us DIRECTLY with your order numbers and FULL NAME regarding these requests.  

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES: Please contact me right away if any changes need to be made. I cannot assume responsibility for any error in shipping addresses. By requesting an address change, you forfeit any sort of buyer protection.
