General Info for all orders
Each item is made by hand, to order! Please contact us if you have any questions at all. Please check this email below for our policies and turnaround times. Your order will be shipped to the address attached to your Pay Pal account, or to the one you provided at checkout. Please ensure that it is correct as we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are shipped to an address that was provided at checkout but was incorrect. If it has been more than 24 hours since the order has been placed, NO changes can be made to the shipping address or the order- if it has already begun to be processed, no changes can be made even if it has no been more than 24 hours. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure what they had purchased is what they would like. It is the customer's responsibility to read the shipping and policies information before purchasing. When your item has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Turnaround times and policies are as follows below:
Shipping policies & Turn-around time
Shipping includes packaging, shipping costs.
*Tracking # available on some items. Turnaround time from placement of order to ship date is at least 10 business days or 2-3 weeks, as each item is handmade piece by piece, to order. In many cases it may be shorter, but the general time frame is at least 10 business days, give or take a few days. Please know that we are working hard to fulfill your order! After it is shipped, it will depend on how long the post office takes to deliver your package. We ship from the United States. If you have any questions at all regarding this, please contact us. Turnaround time may be longer if you have ordered during peak seasons such as Christmas, Mother's Day or Valentine's Day, or if order volume is high. Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your items so if there is ANY reason for a return, please send it back within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Along with returning your item, you would need to send us an email that you are returning it. NO REFUND ON SHIPPING CHARGES.
If changes need to be made to you order, they need to be done so within 24 hours of placing the order. if you are requesting a change, and I have already begin your order, NO CHANGES can be made, even if it has been less than 24 hours.
